Can a messed up sleep schedule cause this?

hello all! it's been awhile since I've posted. I hope you all are doing well❤ lately, I have been experiencing anxiety symptoms. From dizzy to feeling like I can't get enough air to my chest to confusion (like, where am I? who am I?) it's driving me crazy and also I've been going to sleep at 7 am, which it's not good. have you all went through the same thing? I'm afraid of going to do the doctor. I don't want it to be something worse, only hoping it's anxiety.

yes I had this for a couple weeks it goes away try to get on a good sleep schedule. I think I had it because I dropped from 20 mg to 15 to 10mg

your symptoms sound exactly like anxiety and stress. And they are also very common. Think of what in your life is causing you anxiety. School? Work? Relationships? when we keep things bottled up inside anxiety can build up and you can have hundreds of different symptoms. Dizziness, breathing, confusion,. The symptoms of anxiety are not harmful but I know how scary and weird they can feel. I’ve had this for many years but I have learned how to manage my anxiety still at that I don’t get the symptoms hardly at all anymore.
my suggestion is that you first go get a check up with your doctor. That will most likely be absolutely fine. You can’t put it off because the more you do, the more anxious you will be and then you will keep thinking thinking thinking which will increase your symptoms. most likely the doctor will not find anything wrong. He or she may tell you you have anxiety.
i also highly suggest Speaking with a counselor who specializes in anxiety can be very beneficial! It helped me a lot. You need to have some support right now and the counselor can help you manage your anxiety .
