Can anxitey cause physical symptoms?

So I been getting sharp pains in my breast and headaches (tension) also pain in the arm and thigh of the leg

Anxiety can cause hundreds of symptoms. However if you’re experiencing new symptoms, However,always get a check up with your doctor first. Just to make sure everything is OK. If everything comes out fine, then you can work on managing anxiety and stress.

 you can speak with a counselor about unmanaged anxiety, listen to meditations for anxiety on YouTube, take one day at a time and don’t take life too seriously. Eat healthy which includes greens and plenty of hydration, exercise  as long as you don’t have any restrictions. Hope you feel better soon

Yes it is very common I get chest pains dizzy spells the lot there's loads of physical symptoms that come with it unfortunately

Oh yes you get pains where you didn't think that you could every day I got pain in another area the scariest were the chest pain but all checked out fine

Yes yes that’s exactly how my anxiety started off and I thought something was really wrong so my husband took me to the ER  and they said I was fine I had ekg blood work and X-ray done all came back fine but in my head I thought they must have missed something I went back 3 time to the ER but they said everything was fine I haven’t took any medication I’m dealing with my anxiety on my on but I’m feeling much better now then before your not alone I hope you get better 🙌🙌

Same ... like I thought I had a brain tumor because when you search things up on google it’s lead to more anxiety honestly. And thanks so much 💓

When you get pain it leads to more anxiety.

Do you think me searching  symptoms  on google is good. I can tell it makes my worrying worse cause that’s all Is worry about me Health

I know when I get I got chest pains from my anxiety I was so frightened.

I have the same symptoms except for breast pain. Hitting road block in getting diagnosis. I have been to all kinds if doctors. Not sure what is causing the issue
