****I have these bumps what appear ever month or two mostly in same place some times opposite side last month 2 sets appeared they usually go scab over and do in a week I have been we my partner 3 years and im very hygienic I do suffer with a slightly tight forskin but not to bad thankyou

Looks like fungal infection.
Does they itch?
Try to pull foreskin and clean it with tap water and don’t use soap.
Apply coconut oil for few days for the dryness.
no they dont itch im very clean tbh but I do use shower gels etc wich I herd ya shouldn’t thanks for reply everytime they come I use bethemethate ecma steroid cream even tho its not prescibed to me I should stop that
