if you lightly squeeze the bump does it feel like there is a tiny hard ball? or does it feel rubbery?
Because i had something very similar to yours, located higher up on my shaft, for about a year before it finally became irritated and burst. mine turned out to be a sort of cyst from a clogged pore/hair.
I try not to squeeze… what it gets worse later or spread of its infectious
