i have foreskin and this is what my penis looks like when i wake up in the morning and pull my foreskin back ? ive tried vaseline, zero base and cetreban but it still remains the same ? its really messing with my head because i cant seem to find a solution . Any advice would be appreciated

Have you tried a fungal cream you may have balanitis. Give it a try

im using hydrocortisone 1% ointment but it doesnt seem to be working

you need ketoconazol cream like nizoral, not hydrocortizone.

Consult a urologist for proper evaluation and treatment.

The essential is, you should not need to apply anything to your penis, unless there is a skin problem present - or, there is something that is in regular contact with the skin on the head / glans of your penis that is causing the problem.
If this persists it is likely it would be best to see a Dermatologist
