Unfortunately this could be one of several things: it could be a normal bodily wart developing, rather than being an STD wart
If you have been sexually active without protection it would be safest to go get checked, ask for a visual of this first before simply getting tested. Usually if it were STD related you would get several or a number of of these at the same time
