Can anyone help - sores on hands and toes

Sorry to post a toe picture haha! But I was wondering if anyone experiences anything similar? I was diagnosed with reynauds several years ago but told to watch out for changes in symptoms. I have had sores like this on my fingers and toes before but they seem to be getting larger and more painful. Are these common? any ways to alleviate pain?

Sometimes mine don't itch they are just sore

You should show these to your doctor especially if they are sore. I don't think they are chilblains.
