I’ve been to the doctor for bumps before and was told that it was just acne, but i find that hard to believe. Any insight would be great. large one directly in the middle of my pubic area. It does not hurt, just huge, ugly, and noticeable.

It doesnt look concerning to be honest. It looks like an ingrown hair, or maybe just a normal spot - they do appear down there too. The one on the labia also looks similar - worth keeping an eye on as they could be sebacious or similar in nature and could develop, likewise if an ingrown hair (on the mons) then could become infected.
thanks for the responses. I put a hot compress on the really large one last night and it was really soft when I woke up this morning, practically ready to burst. After I squeezed, the discharge was pinkish(blood and puss), but it is almost like nothing was there now. I will keep an eye on the other.
I have them too. I be nervous so i go searching for a hair and i sure do find one deeply embedded. Thats all that is ingrown probably just inflamed.
