when did you notice symptoms and did you have a recent sexual exposure? syphilis can take like 6 weeks or sosmthing to show up in test
get rechecked in a week or so?
You either need to get your own doctor or a sexual health specialist to do a visual check on this as soon as possible
i have tried booking appointments but they are only doing telephone consultations because of corona

A phone appointment is better than no appointment.
Depending on where you live there are some health professionals doing face-to-face appointments.
I would suggest you are in the category where you most likely have urgent need to get this sorted out - if you have had this for 2 years or so that is 2 years too long.
I would be arranging ANY appointment and stress that you have paid no attention to getting this sorted in practical terms previously, but are now thinking that was probably not the best course of action to have taken
does it have puss coming out? get a sample of it cultured to find out what you need to cure it.
