anyone,?
Hi,
Clearly this is a skin problem. I suggest to confirm with your doctor but my best guest is Tinea Versicolor. It’s a type of fungus and it’s benign. It can be caused by hormonal change and fungus loves moist areas, so if you have been wearing a lot of pads, it may have helped it develop. This is very common, no need to panic.
You can treat this easily with OTC products. Ask your pharmacist for an appropriate antifungal ointment.
i agree with L2341 but also adding it might be early Lichen. Either way its needed to be checked closer

Good point. I thought of Lichen Sclerosus too but I wasn’t sure if it could grow that fast.
It’s my understanding that the white spots caused by Tinea Versicolor can take a 2-3 months to go back to their normal color even if the fungus is gone.
Since the symptoms will not fully go away in a short time and it might be difficult to confirm if the treatment fully worked or not, a real diagnosis by a doctor would be appropriate.
