Large amount of small pimple like spots started to show up in my penis a few months back... and now they are growing... can anyone tell me what it could be and a treatment for it... i have attached some pictures
Looks like they are normal fordyce spots. Do they hurt or cause any irritation?
They don’t hurt but I want to know how do I get these to go away? I am just 17 years old, virgin, and I want to know if there is anyway to reduce the size or make them go away.... recommend any precautions I should be taking... and is it even normal? Because until a few months back they weren’t really this big and I was fine with it but it’s a different story now...
They dont do away but it's just part of your genetics. I would go see a doctor in person because these things dont usually get bigger.

You can get them removed if you are seriously debilitated by them. But it’s no in the nhs in Britain, you need to seek a private clinic. I know one if you interested. But honestly, most men have them...
