Can anyone tell me what this is ? I shave and had sex and this appears. When I touch it , it hurts.

can it heal ? you kno something i can put on it?

you can apply vaseline to it to help prevent scalp while healing (which will take longer to heal with scalp) and also it will also help prevent a scar from getting too large, deep or itchy.
