Ive had this spot/bump on my penis for a while now... i figured it would go away, but it hasnt. i have been picking at it which may not help but its like i would tear this thing off and it keeps coming back. i think it may be warts and have been applying apple cider lately (they say it helps). I just dont know.. can you guys help?
