Just like to know can anxiety disorder be treated without meds. Can any done the same
Yes for some people it can. Mindfulness, meditation, yoga, relaxation techniques, listening to relaxing music etc.
I never take meds.....I see A Therapist weekly though......But in the last 2 years have not taking anything, although, I have Ativan for Emergencies......But i still have a full bottle. Excercise, Stay busy, Stay positive. Stay away from Caffeine, & Sweets if possible ..Try meditation, its not easy at first. Keep moving Forward! Good luck!
Yes with lifestyle changes what I eat drink I do mindfulness meditation daily also I find other things that relax me I push myself to live life and continue my normal interactions but I do take a handful of vitamins and supplements daily. I have GAD so it is daily work but possible to control to some degree.

Yes, although you will need to understand the cause of your Anxiety. Also understand how to tell if your health concern is part of the Anxiety. Or the health problem is caused by a condition that is not caused by an Anxiety or Stress. There are things you can try if Anxious or stressed, A Relaxation Technique called Mindfulness may help.
If you are Anxious and it lasts over an extended period, you will need to discuss youe concerns with you GP who may be able to help you move on
