3-4 years ago I had a heart attack followed shortly after by a severe stroke. Now on a plant based diet I've recovered well and I've noticed in the morning my erection is returning. But it appears to be only at the base
of my penis. Can the blood flow to the penis become blocked and if so what should I do?
Hi Dalai, you may find it helpful to do penis strengthening exercises. Just like any other muscle in your body, your penis (if unused) will atrophy and lose it's strength. Make sure you are also drinking plenty of pure, filtered water (1.5 litres/day) to improve blood flow. Plant based diets are very good for cleansing your body - but your body needs cholesterol to produce sex hormones (cholesterol is best found in animal based proteins, especially eggs.)

thank you very much Jacqui I will give it a try. I became vegan to reverse my heart disease and it did work. My cholesterol is 3.8 (UK) or there abouts, blood pressure 120/80 (not bad for 61). If I could fix this other problem thell be very happy.
Hello Dalai, it is likely that when you changed your diet to vegan, you cleaned up your diet and stopped eating junk food - which would of course, contribute to clearing up your heart disease. Make sure you are doing those "sexercises" frequently throughout your day to increase muscle strength and health in your penile area.
