can dry mouth and eyes be intermitent with Sjogrens

I have had blood tests for Sjogrens, these came back negative. I do get dry mouth and eyes but its intermitent. Can Sjogrens be like this?

Yes and tests can be negative when you have it.

yes Iv had schirmers tests for eyes and am waiting on a lip biopsy if you've been seen by rheumatology then this is probably a route they will go down hope you get sorted x

All my blood tests came back negative, but after insistence from my PMD and myself, did a salivary biopsy. Sjogrens positive. Yes, my mouth and eyes intermitent dryness.
