afternoon, I apologise if i havent posted in the right room, still getting my head around the site. I had a gastroscopy several months ago and was diagnosed with duodenitis. I get pain and in my upper abdominal (approx 4" above belly button) that comes and goes and notice omeprazole helps but sometimes it does not and also get some bloating. But over the last month ive noticed ive gone from one bowel movement a day to 2 a day on occasion but the last 5/6 days ive been having 3/4 bowel movements a day. Can Duodenitis change and present new symptoms or flair up? Is diarrhoea and going to the toilet several times a day a symptom of Duodenitis? I feel like i always need to open my bowels, its uncomfortable. many thanks, im interested to see what symptoms it gives you as well.
My My pain or more of a pressure feeling is underneath the top of my right rib. mine started after I had my gallbladder removed. after four years of numerous test, numerous blood test and every diet you can think of and medication on the market My doctor’s having me evaluated for sphincter of Odie dysfunction or SOD for short. look it up and see if it matches any of your symptoms. hope this helps
