I'm sat here waiting for a panic to kick in. I've had a weird head ache and neck pain all day, been for a bath to try and relax, I've got a rash on my chest and I think all these small things are making me worry that something bad is going to happen, slowly feeling like my breathing is having to be forced. Thought my CBT sesssions were helping so far but today it's got bad.
Why won't this stop for good :'( I want my old life back.
Any reassurance now would be great
Hi darl take deep breathes. Heath in through your nose and put through your mouth. Also do something to take your mind of it x
You need to take take a lot of deep belly breathing breathes. Yes small things can trigger it especially health related. The rash is scarring you. But it is a radh. This happens to me my tmj makes my gums tingle when i eat and im off womdering if im going to loose my teeth and my nerves. We arent good with symptoms whether thy are anxiety or physical. We get scared, low thershold for much of anything,
the rash isnt dangerous if you have some cornstartch in the house put it on the rash all the time until it goes away, try and use cbt to dismantle these thoughts running thru you, it will pass and you ae safe and not in any danger, your mind is messing with you.
There will be good days and bad days this is how this evil disorder seems to work.

Come, I thought working like a dog would help my anxiety but not to be just need to wait for it to pass.

Honey you can control this more than it controls you. I promise. You're not alone. Try some slow deep breaths and keep repeating to yourself that you are ok. Believe it! 😌 You are goingvto be ok. Research all you can about anxiety and pressure points and exercises you cando to help the symptoms. Hugs!!!!!!
