I had sex with a woman that was about to menstruate an noticed a bit of blood on my penis, so i went to the bathroom to clean it and noticed little small red dots and started worrying all night, spent all night trying all things, washing it with hot water, putting ice on it, at some point i went to sleep and finally noticed it went away next morning (visually). BUT since then whenever I have sex or masturbate some tiny red dots reappear at other places, still vanishes after a few hours. Anyone knows if herpes could act this way? If not, other std or medical condition?!!
