I've had chest pain all day yesterday went to rest last night just got home they said it was gi related chest pain

I believe it can. It did to me.

Ya it scared me more when it was in shoulders too it's still there this morning a little bit especially if I belch but at ER they said it was not heart related and not life threatening just gi also can gerd cause stuffy nose cause I've had that recently too
