I know that herpes causes sores in the genital area. Can gonorrhea have this same reaction? Did anyone have this experience with gonorrhea?

My sores are kinda large and spread out. I took a uti test and it immediately came back positive. My urine is very cloudy as well. I thought it was herpes but now I feel like it’s gonorrhea/chlamydia.
It would be easier to tell with a pic of the sores. UTI’s can come with HSV. But the virus is a tricky one as it mimics so many other conditions. But to give yourself peace of mind, go get them swabbed. Keep us updated. All the best x
