I had a herpes scare so I decided to go get tested ... I got swabbed twice actually from two different places days apart .. one test case about positive and one came back negative ..... is it anyway the positive could just be wrong?? Should I get a blood test?

Unfortunately, I would be more inclined to believe the positive swab result.
Herpes outbreaks often only shed virus and give a positive swab result for the first 2-3 days. After that although the lesions are still visible for another week there's no virus to show up in the test.
I got a false negative result back for this reason when I was trying to get a diagnosis.
