I’ve just looked at your past posts and see your recent Tribunal was adjourned, so based on that then you must be claiming assessment rate of ESA at least while you’re waiting for the decision. Therefore i don’t understand the reason for your question.
my question is can i get esa back , yes i am on esa at assament rate .im on trimodol ,garbobentin ,narproxin ,& parcetmol .i have disc damage to my neck ,& also have spinal problems ,that affect my hips . i have sever hip pain ,which cause my legs to give away .
Lisa, It’s impossible for anyone to answer your questions about your ESA claim. ESA is not about a diagnosis, it’s how your conditions affect your ability to do any type of job and this is what the Tribunal will look at when making a decision.
I know you’re anxious to know but no one on a forum can answer your questions because we don’t know how your conditions affect you and we don’t know anything about your case.
Hopefully it won’t be much longer before you’re given another hearing date.
