Those pills arent cures they subdue symotoms for a certain amount if time. Get therapy and dbt or cbt and learn to manage it. No cure but there is manageability. Do yoga too. If you mange it you wont fear it so it won't escalate everytime and when it does youll have a anxiety toolkit to help you get thru it. It can come and go though ia have years in between having it and not having it.i have ni explanation as to why but not something you question,
Depends on the cause of it in the first place and whether you've tried to address that, popping pills won't do it for you
Agree with you but i feel low energy How i do yoga and other talks ?
Start slow and keep it steady. Find yoga for anxiety. Its slower and different then swinging upside down lol. specific and does breathing stuff as well. Next go online and simple attain a dbt workbook and go through it. Learn.
To increase energy get outside. On a sunny day grab a water and go out doors. We are a part of nature. Sun gives your body nutrients and helos you make them. Haha everyone just forgets we are part of nature. Try pulling a flower out of the ground and see what happens. We need stuff. We need fresh air, water, sun, sleep, exercise..we need that to function. sitting outside for 45 a minutes a day feels good. And no you dont need sunscreen or any more chemicals. Its 45 minutes of being a human being outside in nature. I love the water personally. I find it energentic, calming to sit by the water or walk by the water as much as i can.no bugs there either lol.
look at all this like a very very bruised muscle. You have to slowly work it back up and constantly use it and comfort it until it strengthens. Same thing with you. Too many arent into the committment and consistemcy so they run to a pill..a quick fix yay. But I have never seen anyone long term be successful by using pills. They are all addictive and have to be switched up over time. If you broke your leg you only cast it for a set time then remove the cast and work out to fix it..you use pills you need to be very sure your doing all the mental work to build yourself up too. Thats what people seem to not be doing, sometimes pills are needed, they are so you use them but not as a trade off. If this whole mess ever turns out to be some pathogen then im very sure everyone will take that pill but so far whats available is mere crutches not a cure. And its okay to need to the crutch but surely dont believe thats the end of the "therapy" that is only the beginning.
This takes a long time. It took a pong time to get to where you are so it will take a long time to fix.. be patient. But make the needed changes. There is no way to place a deadline on it either. Stop predicting amd attatching outcomes to things. You do not get to say six months lol. It doesnt work like that at all. You have to basically change your personality, your way of life, how you breathe, your thinking..etc..it takes a lot of time.
Listen to an old song and get this in terms of self love it says it all. Its called the rose. Midler i believe. Lyrics are potent.
