Hello,
I have GAD and I have been suffering from a headache in the back of my head and right side of my temple for the past 2 days. My face is numb in those areas as well and the headache hurts to the point where it is hard to focus and keep my eyes open also making me dizzy. Is it safe to take a tylenol or advil?
Im just scared if it will cause my anxiety to become worse or give me more physical symptoms?
Please help the headaches are not fun to deal with.
