I have been perescribed lyrica for my anxiety can i take passion flower with that as I don't feel the lyrica is working that well

Hi Lily, you can take Passion flower with lyrica but I would advise you strongly not to take lyrica as it causes so many adverse side effects and when you finally had enough of those you will have to go through a hellishly debilitating withdrawal process. I've been on pregabalin(that's what lyrica is called in England) for many years and it's been awful and I'm going through the withdrawals now and believe me it is so unpleasant. Please do a bit of internet research on this so called medication and you will find the thousands and thousands of lives it has ruined from all walks of life. I would stick with a combination of Passion flower,5 HTP, lemon balm, ashwagandha and l- theanine as a healthier more natural way to manage your anxiety. Lyrica will poison your mind and body.
