Hi Ladies I am on the HRT merry go round like a lot of you. I finally plucked up the courage to take Kliovance but I feel I need more Oestrogen as I still have some symptoms. Don't want to move up to Kliofem which has double the ingredients as the Progesterone is not good! Any advice as to whether I can supplement with Estradot Patch or Oestrogen Gel would be wonderful! x
