Can it be syphilis?

Hi everyone, I noticed a small sore below my glans and I’m afraid it is a chancre. But the sore is really small, on the internet I only see big sores. I have to stretch my skin to see it.

I will try to take a picture.
Is it obvious when you have a chancre of syphilis ? Or it can be very subtle?

Likely nothing - why not get a blood test to be sure. Often, depending on where you live you can get them free and do it via post to save time and embarrassment…

I had a blood test in the week after my unsafe sex and was told I had to go back later. Of course it was negative.
Since then, I have had groin pain.
