I laugh a LOT & i started googling why laughing is good for you. Then I can across the horrible side of Google. "Laughing can actually kill you" So I've been trying to keep from laughing a lot on most days. I get a headache after i laugh but I believe that's normal. So like, should i be worried orrrr...

Google is full of absolute rubbish. Laughing lowers stress levels, so don't stop!
