Hello everyone. I have ran out of options trying to figure out what is going on so i figured i would try online. I will try to be as specific as possible. I have an issue with my penis and seems red in color on the glans and the tip of my urethra stings all the time. It stings more after urinating and after masterbation. It feels like i have some sort of infection but have went to 2 family physicians, 2 urologist, 1 dermatologist, and 1 sexual disease place because their tests are cheaper than a normal doctor. I am currently 32 years old. I have had 1 positive test for Chlamydia when i was 20 years old and have had more than 15 urine tests and swabs since then, all negative. I have genital warts which should mean i have HPV. I have acid reflux so i take prilosec daily since i was 18. I have tried hydroxyzine for possible allergy. Tamsulosin to relax my bladder and prostate before i had a cystoscopy done, which showed nothing wrong. Cortizone cream to help inflammation. Clotrimazole and Fluconazole for a yeast infection. Triamcinolone Acetonide 0.1% and 0.025% for possible lychon sclerosis. I have also done Doxycycline and Flagyl for Chlamydia and trichomoniasis Have switched all my soaps to sensitive non fragrance, laundry detergent to hypoallergenic non fragrance, drying my penis after urinating and rinsing with luke warm water. My other symptoms are IBS, pain in right abdomen, along with what feels like a slightly swollen lymph node above my right thigh in my groin and itchy irritated anus from frequent bowel movements and could be related to my issues, or could not be. I have had this issue for most of my adult life but has weighed on me mentally and i am out of options because nothing puts a dent into this issue.

Austin, this must be an extremely annoying situation for you to be in, as you say, you have been dealing with this for much of your adult life.
I only wish I could help you to make a real and lasting difference to what you have going on.
As I was disconnected from the Internet for around two days, I have just received this alert to your post - I don’t know if you have given up on receiving a reply from this Forum, but simply respond to this by clicking on the “Reply” Text Icon below in my response box to you and I will receive a further alert.
Here are my initial thoughts: i.) Urologists should be able to help you with the issues you have with your penis; ii.) you have a whole lot of other stuff going on, such as the IBS - I wonder if you are a particularly stressed person, or have a very demanding work, and / or home life situation?; iii.) do NOT use ANY soap or other body wash on your penis, wash with water ONLY; iv.) I note that although you have been dealing with this for in excess of 12 years or so you have only seen a relatively low number of medical professionals; v.) I do not know the US health care system at all - I am guessing this is where you live?; vi.) I think you have at least 1 misdiagnosis and are taking the medication for Lichen Sclerosus totally unnecessary, for example; vii.) perhaps the most helpful medical professional for you to see would be at least to see someone who practices alternative or complimentary medicine, if they came from a general medicine background, or were even a urologist by training this may be most useful to you; and, viii.) how long have you been using the Clotrimazole?

can you recall when it changed and was there any trigger? unprotected oral? have you had all sti tests including herpes etc
