Can Pressure under sternum be caused by depression/anxiety

I’ve been having physical symptoms that I think are being caused by acid reflux or some other digestive issue. I have a pressure under my sternum and a lot of bloating and burping. I’ve suffered from acid reflux in the past which I was able to treat with medication and feel better but it did cause me to suffer a panic attack when I first felt the symptoms because I thought it was my heart. This past time has been a little different as I also feel a pressure under my sternum as if I have trapped air or a ball or lump stuck there. This caused me to have an anxiety attack and go to the er which turned into a long stressful ordeal over the last few months and made my anxiety and depression spiral out of control. At this point the doctors all tell me I’m depressed and anxious and want to give me medicine for that. However i know the physical symptoms I feel pressure in sternum and burping etc are because of something physical going on with my body. Do you think this is all anxiety and depression at this point is that possible ? I wasn’t anxious when I first came down with the symptoms but all the worrying overly Health has made me like this and now it’s hard to control

Anxiety is known to cause chest tightness. It can also cause something as tangible physically like chest pain.
