Hi
im wondering if anyone has tried reflexology for their symptoms of CFS and fibromyalgia? If so have you found it helps with muscle and spine pain, fatigue, anxiety sleep difficulties etc or is it again another waste of money? I also have severe osteo so I an unable to even go for a little walk and am finding I now have every symptons on the fibro and CFS/me list. I read all of your daily discussions but am too tired most of the time to respond. Thanks x
reflex is great for fibro i was much better when i had it ,my lady has now changed carears and theres no one local now.
also magneisum ,q10, b12, d3, collidaul gold supplements
best start with colidual gold you might find that does the trick for most of the symptoms .
soaking in magneisum bath flakes is amazing .and appling it to your limbs in the oil spray form works for pain
Thank you so much for your quick reply - you have actually brightened up my day. I already take vit D3 as I am deficient due to being indoors most of the time but I have just read about Q10 and it sounds really great together with magnesium baths. I will try this first and then try reflexology so I then will know which helps me best.
look up the bennifits of collidaul gold .i think iv spelt it right .
you cant loose by trying.some times you have to use a combination of things . sometimes people find that one or two things help .
Tiswas, your advise is amazing, well done you...I've just doubled my D3 and mag intake, although I can only shower..I'm soaking my feet in mag flakes.well done you..your like an oracle...be blessed..:-) xx
Hi again, I have had a bad day today. I have just read up on Coloidal Gold and it sounds to good to be true. I have just found it on amazon and am going to order a months supply as it is also supposed to help joints. Thank you so much again for your response you have been so helpful x
no problem but you have to give this product time it needs time to do its job i was on it for 3 months before i noticed improvment.
keep the product in the dark and away from metal and use a plastic spoon,
other wise you will ruin it .
it may not have the amounts to take on the bottle because of these bloody eu laws ,if not its 10/20mls twice a day .good luck
you can soak your feet if you havnt a bath thats what i do
you need to do it for at least 20mins at body temp not to hot
because you need to absorb the nutrients in not leach them out .
take a look into a brain training programme , and colidaul gold supplement.these also help some people
Thanks, I did read about no metal spoons and recommended dosage of 1 tablespoon in the morning 30 mins before food. A couple of months to see results is nothing compared to what I am going through as I do have many conditions and have now had to give up work. After always being a very energetic person to now being where I am now and being on so much medication I am happy to try anything which I feel may help. I do hope you too are now getting some relief . Paula x
just looked up nutritional yeast ,its a deactivated yeast which you add to food for flavour ,apparently it tastes like cheese , its low in sodium and fat .and full of b vits ,it has no bad effects like live yeast .
and iv also was looking at collegen supplements which are supposed to help flexabillity in joints tendons etc and puff up yr skin at the same time
and relief pain.
so will be giving them a try my self . i know you may want to take things slowly not add to much at once , but thought you might like the info to keep .in reserve .
i jot things in a note book ,that i hear about than look them up to find out more . id forget otherwise .
Yes, I have nought myself a diary now but keep forgetting to write in it. I'm now putting it by my bed so I look at it each morning haha. Yes I will definitely keep the deactivated yeast in reserve although I absolutely hate cheese :-). I am going to do the above one by one but wondering wether to start with Q10 or colloidal gold - which would you suggest?
do you just suffer with fibro or do you also have other conditions? Do you know what triggered your condition and approx the age it started? Thanks x
i had fleeting health problems thru child hood which i think were early warning signs. locking jaws , painful knee joints, painful and heavy periods, and clumsy , followed later by anemia ,.then a whole hord of stress with my son , bad fall ,bout of flu ,hestorectomy ,end of life .
i was 47 when the symptoms really hit me .
i could have brought a small car for the amount of money iv spent on the weired and wonderful most of it didnt work ,but when your quality of life has been taken away any little bit of hope you grab for
. keep hopeing that his time it will be the one that gives you your life back . that why i try to help people by telling them the best things iv tried because its very expensive grabbing at hope.
i would start with the gold its really good stuff and if that works ok why add more expence .just stay with that.
Thanks, I will start with the gold. I feel your pain and can understand all the stress you have been through. My problems too started at a young age and wend wild at 47 when I had campylobacter and was treated in hospital where I caught c. Diff! That wrecked my life completely. I lost my mum to cancer at 17 and have now found out I carry the BRCA1 gene. This means I have a 90% risk of breast cancer and ocarina so have just had ovaries and tubes removed. Being genetic, I may have passed the gene onto my daughter and granddaughter and this breaks my heart. I have degenerative disc disease, osteoarthritis fibro CFS high bp and cholesterol etc.... All pulls me down but I will never give up - I believe there is a way forward and I'm trying my hardest to find the answer - your help is so important to us all and I hope we can all find the answer. We need to stay strong. I am now 51 but would like to feel 30 again lol x
i am 55 hun wish i was 35 , funny how we were both 47 when the symptoms hit hard, as you have disc trouble it may pay you to have a look at the collagen powder suppose to help rebuild tendons ligaments which could help support the discs .weak muscle and tissues
could becausing more pain .just a thought.
Yep, may give the collagen a try too. May try the gold first though. My son has heard of the gold and says if it is a so called miracle cure there would be so much more info about it. He is skeptical but you never know until you try. Which part of the UK do you live? I'm near to London
I can't get in the bath due to vertigo issues, but I just shower...I've been soaking my feet fir years I. Eucalyptus oil...it's great..niw I use the magnesium flakes..but nit 20 mins usually only about 15 will do it for 20 minutes now and not too hot anymore..I've just ordered some Coloidal Gold too, I can't wait for it to arrive..I couldn't buy it in Tasmania where I live I ordered it from the mainland ...let you know how it all works out.....I have acknowledged what you wrote down to Gizmo1963..thanks for your knowledge sharing, really appreciate it..be blessed.,:-) xxx
you never know the gold might help your vertigo given time.
but please dont expect it to work staright away .its like everything it takes time. i dont know if you take other meds , but have you checked the side effects in case they might be causing the vertigo.
even meds for vertigo can cause vertigo i know bloody daft.but true.
theres a brand called native remdies they do a natrual remedy for vertigo
i buy there remedy for bladder problems from a company called troo health in the uk . i know the products come from america . maybe have a look around see if can find them on the net , see what you think. i find them good.
north yorkshire , collagen is what goes to make up all our connective tissues we as suffers dont have enough so it that way it makes sense.
in the old days people used to make broth from marrow beef bones
and it was a staple in our diets which lead to us taking in collagen thru our diets but since all the health scares with bse i suppose most people wouldnt do it now. but if you look on the net its the latest craze in the USA broth for health and very pricey to .
Yeah I know that some meds can have this vertigo as a side effect..docs said it's not that....plus I've had it full time for 11 now...grr...and I have meds changed at times, this is unreal but I've just ordered some meds from that company for it..wow!! hoping it's my miracle drug..but like every other thing it will take quite a few weeks to see any benifits, if any... but with Fibro and the rest we do stay patient, don't we....and hopeful of course..thanks tiwas..heaps..be blessed:-: ( xxxx
how spookey is that . i hope you get some relief with it iv never used it
i find homeopathic remedy called Gelleseum helps me .
