I had really rough sex and these showed up on my vagina can someone tell me what they are? they are on my perineum? i also have that one one small bump

might be friction rub due to the rough sex?

Most likely due to friction. I get cuts down there all the time due to friction. You can always go to your doctor for a peace of mind.
