I've always noticed these little white/ yellow/ skin coloured bumps along the lining on my vagina lips but I'm not sure on what they are. I don't have any itching, burning or iritation and I am sexually active with my current and only partner aside from being sexually assaulted years back, can someone please help me in figuring out what these are?? It's causing me to overthibk a lot :( thank you!

You have a ‘full house’ of normal vaginal appearances that I’ve highlighted in the photos you’ve uploaded (below), namely vestibular papillomatosis, Fordyce spots and prominent sebaceous glands. You can Google all of these for more information.
