my groin area was itchy all of it. i thought i got it because of ingrown hair cos when i shaved it turned red and i could see some hair not growing. after some time i was scratching i found this pimple and damaged it, i cleaned it properly later i developed slight pain, i thought cos maybe its hair follicles been damaged are ingrown hair i dont really know can somebody please tell me what is this. i dint have any other symptoms just slight pain, no itching anymore. please advice as soon as possible
