It looks like Vulvar papillomatosis.Its not an STI, and cant be passed on. Some women get this, others dont and its not really known why. As long as it gives her no problems like itching and soreness she should ignore them.Dont try to remove them in any way…it will make them worse. If she wants them removed she must see a doctor for advice.
you should go to the doctor, the growths looks strange for them to be VP and also seem to be on the exterior of the labia folds (VP is usually on the inside of the folds)
