What age are you Nick? These are most likely to be spots that naturally develop in the area.
Post a photo taken in bright daylight for further comment
Are you sexually active … ? If so, condoms every time? Unprotected oral?

The detail simply is not in the photos to be conclusive about what these are.
Best to get then checked by a doctor of go to any sexual health service provider to get a visual check of them rather than asking for blood tests etc
