I met a girl We kissed (deep kissing) She gave me oral sex and I ejaculate in her mouth I fingered her and put my fingers in her vagina No intercourse. Can this way transmit HIV?

very low low low risk , i would not worry unless you had a fresh cut on your finger meaning you were still bleeding open cut that just barely happened. And she would also had to be on her period or vaginal secretions got in your cut. its all " IFS " and even then its not really a risk

and I have peeling skin around the nails

Hey,
Fingering is very low risk unless you have BIG bleeding fresh cut on your finger and the girl is on her period, the you MAY get infected.
Forget about the peeling skin, any cut, as long as they are not new/fresh/bleeding/ inflamed, then you do not need to be worried.
Receiving oral sex, is NO RISK for HIV.
