hey kinda have something similar to yours
my doctor told me that it could be an abrasion from rough sex or from waxing but doesn’t ring any alarms for sti’s , in the mean time u can to a sitz bath and keep the area clean and dry and should disappear within a week, if it doesn’t i suggest getting tested. hope this helps
