Can someone help me figure out what this is?

Hi all. I am hoping for a miracle here I guess..

Anyways. 28 male, 4 partners, last sexual encounter was February. No symptoms that I have noticed. Anyways without being really descriptive I have ibsd and had a bout of it last Wednesday, Thursday and part of Friday. Friday I put on some cream to relieve the pain from 3 days of ibsd. Anyways, while applying some cream I noticed a bump on my left buttocks towards near the top. It was red, flat, and had one single opening that was red. No pain when I touched it.

Saturday, it was still flat but became a bit larger and the base was red. Didn't feel like puss or anything in it. The top was flat. Slight pain when scratching it.(by accident)

Now, Wednesdays it's a lot smaller than on Saturday. Still flat, not open sore, no puss, no scabbing, no pain, white top, but the base redness stays the same.

Anyone can help me? Sort of panicking. In my culture I have to hide this. No one in my family or friends can find out.

Also, if anyone wants to know. At its largest it was 7mm wide.

It could be an ingrown hair, or a boil from sweat or dirt.

Any Updates?  Has it gone away... how are you feeling otherwise?

Is it possible this was an area that was not cleaned while you experienced IBSD, or over wiped and irritated.

Don't really have much to offer, just don't want you to feel ignored!

Other than the bump or whatever that was I feel/felt good. Nothing felt different. It's practically gone.
