Each time you wash your penis you need to be very careful - put some just warm water in a hand basin and simply place your penis in the water, or scoop the water in your hand and rinse for 2 minutes or so. Pay particular attention to washing around the Meatus (your pee-hole) after you have urinated - then, you must very carefully dry the penis with a clean dry towel that ONLY you use.
