can someone help me about these red spots? I've been with this for a few months. it sometimes turns white and peels. but then the skin turns red and everything is repeated.

Are you sexually active? It is hard to tell from the photo if there are any bumps. It looks like a friction burn/dry skin. How often do you masturbate? Do you use lube and if so, silicone or water based? Also do you use soap on your penis?
