Can someone please help me to identify what is this on my testicles. I am worried a lot, a similar thing appeared 1 week ago on my penis and after it appeared it was there for 2-3 days then I scrape it slowly, it was like scab and disappeared completely. Today I noticed this one on my testicles. I made a little research and it looks similar to syphilis chancres. No itching or pain. I am planning to go a doctor on monday.
