i have clue what this is, i shaved recently and this is how i noticed it its itchy time to time
small white itchy patch that have small bumps
So there are two main possibilities: i.) it has something to do with the shaving process - although if you shave regularly and not had this reaction before, AND you used the same things on this occassion, such as same shave foam or whatever, and the same wet razor it is unlikely to be that.
ii.) there is a condition causing this, and this is the most likely cause. These are split between more general health related issues such as Scabies and Molluscum contagiosum - as examples only, and the other are Sexual related conditions - so obviously it depends on whether you are a sexually active person
To get it correctly identified and treated contact your doctor / GP, you may be able to get a phone consultation where you can provide them with the photo if you cannot get an in-person appointment, then there are sexual health services you could try
i did dry shave with some new clippers this time so maybe it does have something to do with shaving
It would be more likely that the shaving has revealed what was there anyway, yes, it may have made it worse - you need a medical professional to diagnose and treat what you have
