It looks like a hemorrhoid and a skin tag can you get a picture with it spread flat?

thanks so much for replying, ive been using hemorrhoid suppositries and cream which has taken the itching down to mild and the back lump down but im still left with this peice of skin?

It looks like a skin tag from a hemorrhoid that was thrombosed and has heeled and what you have left is this. Kind of like a deflated balloon.

Unfortunately I believe the tag will always be there.

is there not a way it could be removed?

I think it can be surgically removed but that might not be what you want because it can still come back. They can sometimes go back almost all the way gone it’s just hard to say which way it will happen for you.
