Hi, from the picture it doesn’t look like anything to be too worried about it could be from the friction from sex. If you had sex with your gf who youve been with for a while as well you shouldn’t worry about STD as long as you both know you two are clean and tryst each other. I would wait a day or two and see if the redness goes down. Also if it’s a bit sore that should go away in a day or two at max. if it still is red, hurts, or is getting worse then maybe see a doctor. I’m not a professional so i can’t see exactly whats going on but just here to help from my own personal experince. Hope every thing stays good!
