I had a bad few days but today was better .... I noticed when it's hot out I'm worse .... today tho it happened again while not so hit..... I can be having a great tome great day and then bam ! Out of nowhere I get a hot rush head feeling and I feel like I'm gonna fall over and I forget who I am and where I am.... anyone else understand at al?? So then I think omg this is it I'm dying and that petrifies me even more ...... if I lay down in a cool room it helps ..... but it's out of nowhere and I hate it!! Anyone understand ?
Hi, so sorry you are going through this! I have had similar symptoms. It makes me so mad because I always feel I have a serious problem but doctors keep concluding its anxiety. I can be having a great day and then all of a sudden I will be hit by a weird feeling sick/gas bubble in my upper stomach and when it releases it goes to my head making me feel panic, light headed, face gets hot, feeling I could loose all my strength, forget, and pass out and die all together. It makes me so mad, because it ruins my day and interferes badly with life. I do feel better when I exercise, but it still comes and goes. I hope you start feeling better soon!

You are not alone. I have been suffering from the same symptoms for about 5 years now. It seems that I have good weeks and bad weeks. However, sometimes I will have a bad day for no apparent reason. My anxiety is definitely worse when it’s hot. I also have Polycystic ovarian syndrome, which makes the heat unbearable. I try to stay cool the best I can. Drinking ice cold water helps as does taking cold (not too cold) showers. Thankfully, I feel like I’m learning to accept my anxiety as a part of who I am. I have come to the conclusion that anxiety is uncomfortable, but not dangerous. This helps me to not fear anxiety and panic attacks so much. Remind yourself that each time the negative feelings eventually do pass. Realize there will be good and bad days. Hugs

You suffer from anxiety like 1 in 3 people today
I would suggest you organise to see a therapist go get to the root of the problem
And look at your lifestyle like excercise diet, drinking enough water getting enough rest etc
A panic attack is extremely frightening I know but it’s anxiety
Educate yourself on anxiety it helps you understand it more
But deal with it at source don’t live with it stand up accept it’s a problem and fix it
If your leg was broken you would not just walk around with a broken leg in pain it’s the same you have identified a problem with anxiety (no shame in that at all ) so you will go to the specialist Dr ie therapist and deal with the problem
Don’t let anxiety beat you it will if you try to live with it

Anxiety is a part of you but it’s not a leg or an arm you have to accept to live with
You can relieve yourself from anxiety anxiety is negative pathways in your brain so over a period of time chemical balance has caused you to over think s**t and negative think and fixate on negativity
Through working with a therapist you can re train the mind to increase positive pathways and lifestyle changes you can put anxiety behind you
So accept you have it but don’t accept you have to live with it
I am sure if you broke your leg you would not just say oh il muddle through good days and bad days you would go to hospital and fix it
Anxiety should be no difference believe me living with it is tiring and live damaging not only for you but your family
Go and get it sorted a better life peaceful life is waiting for you look hard enough you I’ll see the life of peace

You will know more than any that self care is key to clear mind
I am sure if you took stock you could put yourself back on track
But you need to learn from this and maybe put guidelines in place in your business so that you can manage your own self care as well as others
Work commitments can really catch up with you and all that unwanted Adrenalin causes anxiety and negative thinking
Take so time for yourself get back on track
