Hi there,
I’ve recently been diagnosed with HPV ( in early March after a routine check up) and I haven’t noticed any changed until yesterday, when I decided to look at my vagina. It may be no big deal and I have been pretty asymptomatic however, I’m sure something is up. Everything seems quite swollen and its hard to get a second opinion since with the COVID situation.

Looks normal. What Hpv strains you have?

they didn’t tell what strain and my tissues are normal. I was told to return next year for a check up she thinks everything would clear up by then. I’ve got no other symptoms too
Genital warts are Hpv symptoms. Hpv wont cause other symptoms like pain,irritation,swelling etc on vulva beside itchiness for some people who having Genital warts. However, condition where Hpv infection turned pre-cancerous on vulva (VIN) can show the symptoms like itching, burning, soreness etc.
Swollen labia, could be the sign of a BV , other infection or just due to friction from having sex.
