I recently just converted back to shaving from being waxed. Last week I had sex. This past weekend I had really bad diarrhea from my food. And Yes I did strain a little bit. 2 days ago I noticed 2 bumps between my vagina and butt. Immediately went to the obgyn. She said they we were small so she could not tell what they were. She still swabbed them. She also did a pap. While doing the pap she said she noticed white discharge and also she said she saw some yeast. That was my first pap and It did hurt when she was opening me up with that instrument. Last night the bumps turned into what looks like ulcers. I pulled 2 hairs out of one them. That one is not as painful as the other yet its still sore. I cant tell if they are oozing or not. I dont have any flu like symptoms. I do have some pain in my vagina but that came after she did my pap. It does hurt when I pee but then again I think that is from the pap. I am really freaking out and I need some to help me. This is how they look now. 
So I woke up this morning and It looks like it is starting to go away. My skin does get really dry down there as you can see. I am so suppose to be getting my results this morning and I am freaking out. Any suggestions on what you all may think it is?
