Ok I'm tingly all over, fast heart rate dry mouth I feel cold chest pains... I feel horrible! Does anyone else feel like this? I just wanna make sure im OK! I haven't had anxiety lately and it's nice to know that other people feel like this to....
Hiya I get like this I have just got over a panick attack as we speak I felt shaky tingly dry mouth fast heartbeat and chest pains and shaky your not alone there awful I hate them but just kno that it's all anxiety it won't kill you or harm you you will be fine x
Yeah I feel awful! Does your arm ever hurt? Or does it make you feel like your dying?
